The management of Liberty is with the Statutory Managing Director, with oversight from the risk and governance committee. The board of Liberty consists of the RFI Group executive board, comprising of members from diverse corporate and operational backgrounds in the extractive industries, manufacturing, private equity and risk management.

Mr. Senese has 34 years of international experience of which 22 years in the Oil industry, with focus on Strategy, M&A, and Performance Improvement in the areas of Reliability and Efficiency improvements in the manufacturing domain. He has successfully contributed to a number of initiatives in developing countries rich of Natural Resources, from Hydro -carbons to minerals.
